Article 12 2.
Entities that are referred to in paragraph 1, including entities that are part of groups, shall report the information in accordance with Article 45i(1), (2) and (4) of Directive 2014/59/EU to the national resolution authority of the participating Member State in which they are established. The national resolution authority shall transmit the information referred to in the first subparagraph to the Board without undue delay.
