Article 19 4.The crypto-asset white paper shall contain a clear and unambiguous statement that:
(a)
the asset-referenced token may lose its value in part or in full;
(b)
the asset-referenced token may not always be transferable;
(c)
the asset-referenced token may not be liquid;
(d)
the asset-referenced token is not covered by the investor compensation schemes under Directive 97/9/EC;
(e)
the asset-referenced token is not covered by the deposit guarantee schemes under Directive 2014/49/EU. 1. Pārskats
