Article 6 6

6.   Permits shall be regularly reconsidered, and shall be updated where necessary, at least in the following cases:

(a)

there has been a substantial change in capacity;

(b)

equipment has been upgraded;

(c)

new equipment or processes have been added; or

(d)

there have been changes in climatic or other conditions which significantly affect the ecological status of surface water bodies.
