Article 49 1

1.   Member States, national supervisory authorities, the PRB and the Network Manager, as well as the Agency with regard to its tasks under Article 21, paragraphs 3 and 4, and Article 38(1), shall establish consultation mechanisms for appropriate consultation of stakeholders.
