Article 7a 2.

In determining its obligations in relation to paragraph 1, a counterparty belonging to a group subject to consolidated supervision in the Union shall consider all derivative contracts referred to in paragraph 6 that are cleared by that counterparty or by other entities within the group to which that counterparty belongs with the exception of intragroup transactions.
