Article 308b 7.

For a period not exceeding four years from 1 January 2016, the deadline for insurance and reinsurance undertakings to submit the information referred to in Article 35(1) to (4) on a quarterly basis shall decrease by one week each financial year, starting from no later than eight weeks related to any quarter ending on or after 1 January 2016 but before 1 January 2017, to five weeks related to any quarter ending on or after 1 January 2019 but before 1 January 2020.
