Article 47 1.

The conditions related to the accumulation phase of the national sub-accounts shall be determined by Member States unless they are specified in this Regulation.
|

Article 47 2.
|
Such conditions may include in particular age limits for starting the accumulation phase, minimum duration of the accumulation phase, maximum and minimum amount of contributions and their continuity.
