Article 15 10.
Where the ESRB exchanges information pursuant to paragraph 8, it shall, without undue delay, inform each authority from which it obtained the information about the exchange. In the case of recurring or periodic exchanges of information, the ESRB shall be obliged to inform the authority from which it obtained the information only once.
