Article 119 6.The establishment and functioning of the college referred to in paragraph 1 shall be based on a written agreement between all of its members. The agreement referred to in the first subparagraph shall determine the practical arrangements for the functioning of the college, including detailed rules on:
(a)
voting procedures as referred in Article 120(3);
(b)
the procedures for setting the agenda of college meetings;
(c)
the frequency of the college meetings;
(d)
the appropriate minimum timeframes for the assessment of the relevant documentation by the members of the college;
(e)
the modalities of communication between the members of the college;
(f)
the creation of several colleges, one for each specific crypto-asset or group of crypto-assets. The agreement may also determine tasks to be entrusted to EBA or another member of the college. 1. Ħarsa ġenerali
