CHAPTER XI REVIEW

Article 97 Review clause	Article 97 Review clause No later than 30 April 2022, and every five years thereafter, the Commission shall present to the European Parliament and to the Council a report on the application of this Regulation, accompanied, if necessary, by appropriate legislative proposals.
