3.   Measures aiming to restore the long-term viability of a CCP may include:

(a)

the reorganisation and restructuring of the activities of the CCP;

(b)

changes to the CCP’s operational systems and infrastructure;

(c)

the sale of assets or of business lines;

changes to the CCP’s risk management.
