Article 21a 4.

From 10 January 2028, where national law provides that a competent authority is itself permitted to make public the information referred to in Article 19(3) of this Regulation for the purpose of making that information accessible on ESAP, the collection body as defined in Article 2, point (2), of Regulation (EU) 2023/2859 shall be the competent authority.
