Article 54 6.

Where the competent authority considers that the exposure of one credit institution to the concentration of risks under Article 59(3) and (4) is not sufficiently mitigated, the competent authority may require a CSD to designate more than one credit institution or CSD referred to in paragraph 2a, or to designate a credit institution or a CSD referred to in paragraph 2a, in addition to providing services itself in accordance with paragraph 2 of this Article.
