Article 5 4.

Information collected in accordance with Article 3(3)(d) of Directive 2011/61/EU shall be shared between competent authorities in the Union, with the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) and the European Systemic Risk Board (ESRB) where necessary for the fulfilment of their duties.
