Article 128 1.
The competent authorities and resolution authorities shall cooperate with EBA for the purposes of this Directive in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010. The competent authorities and resolution authorities shall, without delay, provide EBA with all of the information necessary to carry out its tasks, in accordance with Article 35 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010.
