Article 284 Regular information to the creditors

Article 284 1.	Liquidators shall, in an appropriate manner, keep creditors regularly informed on the progress of the winding-up.
Article 284 2.	The supervisory authorities of the Member States may request information on developments in the winding-up procedure from the supervisory authorities of the home Member State.
