Article 97 1.	Council Regulation No 1 shall apply to the Authority.
Article 97 2.	The Executive Board shall decide on the internal language arrangements for the Authority, which shall be consistent with the language arrangements in direct supervision, adopted pursuant to Article 29.
Article 97 3.	Translation and all other linguistic services required by the Authority, other than interpretation, shall be provided by the Translation Centre for the Bodies of the European Union, as established by Council Regulation (EC) No 2965/94 ( 22 ).
