2. Without prejudice to the national arrangements resulting from Article 4(5) and to Article 5(1), second subparagraph, of this Regulation, the national supervisory authorities of the Member State whose national competent authority is responsible for the certification referred to in Article 41 of Regulation 2018/1139, pursuant to Article 62 of that Regulation, shall be responsible for the tasks set out in this Article in respect of assessing compliance with the essential requirements regarding financial robustness, liability, insurance cover, ownership and organisational structure listed in point 7 of Annex VIII to Regulation (EU) 2018/1139.
