Article 66 Entry into force and date of application

Article 66 1.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Article 66 2.
It shall apply from 26 June 2021.
Article 66 3.

Notwithstanding paragraph 2:

(a) 

points (2) and (3) of Article 63 shall apply from 26 March 2020;

points (30), (32) and (33) of Article 62 shall apply from 25 December 2019.
