Unless otherwise specified under a relevant article, the CCP’s competent authority shall, within 30 working days of submitting the request referred to in paragraph 1, assess the CCP’s compliance with the respective requirements. By the end of that assessment period, the CCP’s competent authority shall transmit its respective draft decision, report or other measure to ESMA and the college referred to in Article 18.
