Article 22 Competent authorities

Article 22 1.
By 7 June 2010, each Member State shall designate a competent authority for the purpose of this Regulation.
Article 22 2.
Competent authorities shall be adequately staffed, with regard to capacity and expertise, in order to be able to apply this Regulation.
