Article 31 5.

In the Annexes to this Regulation, any reference to ‘ENTSO for Gas’ shall be understood to mean ‘the ENTSO for Gas and the ENNOH’ for the purpose of the transitional provisions pursuant to Article 61 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1789. From 1 January 2027, any reference to ‘ENTSO for Gas’ shall be understood to mean ‘the ENNOH’.
