Article 27a 11.The competent authority may extend the suspension referred to in paragraph 10 to a maximum of 30 working days in the following situations:
(a)
where the entity being acquired is situated in, or is subject to the regulatory framework of, a third country;
(b)
where an exchange of information with authorities responsible for supervising the proposed acquirer in accordance with Directive (EU) 2015/849 is necessary to carry out the assessment provided for in Article 27b(1) of this Directive. 1. Prezentare generală
