Article 12 4

4.   The costs on the basis of which the price for CIS is set shall be set out in an account separate from the accounts for any other activities of the service provider concerned and shall be accessible by the national supervisory authority concerned. Those costs shall be made publicly available without prejudice to Article 52(3).
