Article 20 Implementing acts on the PRB

The Commission shall adopt implementing acts laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Articles 13 to 19, including on:

1. Prezentare generală

Article 20 (a)	the tasks and the functioning of the PRB;
Article 20 (b)	the selection procedure of the members of the PRB, including the Chair;
Article 20 (c)	rules preventing conflicts of interest and preserving the independence of the PRB.
Article 20 2	Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the advisory procedure referred to in Article 48(2).
