Article 4 2.

The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 56 to supplement this Regulation by clarifying the definitions set out in paragraph 1 to:

(a) 

ensure uniform application of this Regulation;

(b) 

take account, in the application of this Regulation, of developments on financial markets.
