Scope of application

These guidelines apply to credit institutions and investment firms authorised in the Union, which are subsidiaries of third-country group s (“institutions”) as defined in Article 3(1), point (64) of Directive 2013/36/EU, and to the branches referred to in Article 21b(5), point (b) of Directive 2013/36/EU (“ third-country branches”) .
