The competent authorities should review the submitted information, in particular as set out in Article 4, letter (g), n. (ii) to (v)²⁰ of the RTS on information for authorisation , in order to assess the applicant credit institution’s ability to finance, monitor, update and report its liquidity position and the relative buffers, in line with its needs²¹ .

²⁰ Article 4, letter (g) of the RTS on information for authorisation provides that the application shall set out ‘an outline of the following frameworks and policies of the applicant credit institution: […] (b) liquidity risk management policy; (c) funding concentration and diversification policy; (d) collateral management policy; (e) deposit policy’.
