Before aggregating data, competent authorities should check if only firms included in the scope of the data collection in Subsection 1.1 and 1.2 have reported data. Data submitted by other firms (e.g. a small and non-interconnected investment firm) to whom the Guidelines do not apply, should not be taken into account when aggregating data.
