Issuers of ARTs should establish an ICT risk management framework in line with the requirements defined under Regulation (EU) 2022/2554. In this regard, issuers of ARTs should have in place an internal governance and control framework that ensures an effective and prudent management of ICT risks in order to achieve a high level of digital operational resilience.18
