For transfers from a joint account, address or wallet, the information of all holders of the ac-count, address or wallet should be provided. Where the transmission of the respective infor-mation of all the parties cannot take place due to technical limitations as referred to in para-graph 24 the payer’s PSP and originator’s CASP should transmit the information of the holder of the account, address or wallet initiating the transfer, or, alternatively, of the primary ac-count, address or wallet holder.
