The issuer should take into account that, whilst the recovery plan, developed in accordance with Article 46 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114, and the redemption plan are two separate documents addressing two different phases and situations of the issuer’s potential crisis, they should be consistent in particular as regards internal governance and risk management arrangements, processes and identification of IT systems and critical activities.
