Following the initial payout, the host DGS should inform the home DGS in a documented manner of the results of the payout, including the distribution and making of payments to depositors, a report on any issues encountered with payouts and an assessment of areas of the process and of the cooperation agreement to improve in the future. The host DGS should inform the home DGS regularly about progress in relation to further repayments made after the expiration of the deadline set out in paragraph 28.
