The competent authorities should ensure that they receive all relevant information and that this information remains valid and applicable at the remittance date, even in cases where the (production) date of the document is different from the pertinent reference date. Documents related to any information item specified in these Guidelines produced in between the reference date and the remittance date should be included where relevant for ICAAP and ILAAP assessment purposes (taking into account materiality as specified in these Guidelines).
