Addressees

These guidelines are addressed to competent authorities as defined in Article 4, points (2)(i) and (2)(viii) of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 and to financial institutions as defined in Article 4, point (1) of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 where these financial institutions fall within the scope of these guidelines.
