Where a financial conglomerate has significant entities in third countries, the coordinator should involve the competent authorities of third countries in the cooperation arrangements for a financial conglomerate, subject to Article 19 of Directive 2002/87/EC and sectoral rules on the equivalent supervisory approach and comparable confidentiality arrangements.
