Cónaí i mBallstát seachas an Ballstát inniúil

1.  Chun críocha chur i bhfeidhm Airteagal 17 den bhun-Rialachán, beidh sé d’oibleagáid ar an duine árachaithe agus/nó ar dhaoine dá dteaghlaigh clárú le hinstitiúid na háite cónaithe. Deimhneofar a gceart chun sochar comhchineáil sa Bhallstát cónaithe le doiciméad arna eisiúint ag an institiúid inniúil, arna iarraidh sin don duine árachaithe nó arna iarraidh sin d’institiúid na háite cónaithe.

2.  Leanfaidh an doiciméad dá dtagraítear i mír 1 de bheith bailí go dtí go dtabharfaidh an institiúid inniúil fógra d’insitiúid na háite cónaithe maidir lena chur ar ceal.

Cuirfidh institiúid na háite cónaithe an institiúid inniúil ar an eolas maidir le haon chlárú faoi mhír 1 agus maidir le haon athrú ar an gclárú sin nó maidir lena chur ar ceal.

3.  Beidh feidhm mutatis mutandis ag an Airteagal seo maidir leis na daoine dá dtagraítear in Airteagail 22, 24, 25 agus 26 den bhun-Rialachán.

Article 24 1.
For the purposes of the application of Article 17 of the basic Regulation, the insured person and/or members of his family shall be obliged to register with the institution of the place of residence. Their right to benefits in kind in the Member State of residence shall be certified by a document issued by the competent institution upon request of the insured person or upon request of the institution of the place of residence.
Article 24 2.

The document referred to in paragraph 1 shall remain valid until the competent institution informs the institution of the place of residence of its cancellation.

The institution of the place of residence shall inform the competent institution of any registration under paragraph 1 and of any change or cancellation of that registration.
Article 24 3.
This Article shall apply mutatis mutandis to the persons referred to in Articles 22, 24, 25 and 26 of the basic Regulation.
