Bydlisko v inom členskom štáte, ako je príslušný členský štát

1.  Na účely uplatňovania článku 17 základného nariadenia poistenec a/alebo jeho rodinní príslušníci sú povinní zaregistrovať sa v inštitúcii miesta bydliska. Ich právo na vecné dávky v členskom štáte bydliska potvrdzuje dokument, ktorý na žiadosť poistenca alebo na žiadosť inštitúcie miesta bydliska vydáva príslušná inštitúcia.

2.  Platnosť dokumentu uvedeného v odseku 1 trvá, kým príslušná inštitúcia neinformuje inštitúciu miesta bydliska o jeho zrušení.

Inštitúcia miesta bydliska informuje príslušnú inštitúciu o každej registrácii podľa odseku 1 a o každej zmene alebo zrušení tejto registrácie.

3.  Tento článok sa primerane uplatňuje aj na osoby uvedené v článkoch 22, 24, 25 a 26 základného nariadenia.

For the purposes of the application of Article 17 of the basic Regulation, the insured person and/or members of his family shall be obliged to register with the institution of the place of residence. Their right to benefits in kind in the Member State of residence shall be certified by a document issued by the competent institution upon request of the insured person or upon request of the institution of the place of residence.
Article 24 2.

The document referred to in paragraph 1 shall remain valid until the competent institution informs the institution of the place of residence of its cancellation.

The institution of the place of residence shall inform the competent institution of any registration under paragraph 1 and of any change or cancellation of that registration.
Article 24 3.
This Article shall apply mutatis mutandis to the persons referred to in Articles 22, 24, 25 and 26 of the basic Regulation.
