24. cikk

Az illetékes tagállamtól eltérő tagállamban levő lakóhely

(1)  Az alaprendelet 17. cikkének alkalmazása céljából a biztosított és/vagy annak családtagjai kötelesek bejelentkezni a lakóhely szerinti intézménynél. A természetbeni ellátásokhoz a lakóhely szerinti tagállamban való jogosultságukat a biztosított vagy a lakóhely szerinti intézmény kérésére az illetékes intézmény által kibocsátott dokumentum igazolja.

(2)  Az (1) bekezdésben említett dokumentum mindaddig érvényes, amíg az illetékes intézmény nem értesíti a lakóhely szerinti intézményt annak érvénytelenítéséről.

A lakóhely szerinti intézmény tájékoztatja az illetékes intézményt minden, az (1) bekezdés szerinti nyilvántartásba vételről, valamint az abban történt változtatásokról vagy annak törléséről.

(3)  E cikket értelemszerűen kell alkalmazni az alaprendelet 22., 24., 25. és 26. cikkében említett személyekre.

Article 24 1.
For the purposes of the application of Article 17 of the basic Regulation, the insured person and/or members of his family shall be obliged to register with the institution of the place of residence. Their right to benefits in kind in the Member State of residence shall be certified by a document issued by the competent institution upon request of the insured person or upon request of the institution of the place of residence.
Article 24 2.

The document referred to in paragraph 1 shall remain valid until the competent institution informs the institution of the place of residence of its cancellation.

The institution of the place of residence shall inform the competent institution of any registration under paragraph 1 and of any change or cancellation of that registration.
Article 24 3.
This Article shall apply mutatis mutandis to the persons referred to in Articles 22, 24, 25 and 26 of the basic Regulation.
