Article 71 Processing of personal data	Article 71 Processing of personal data With regard to the processing of personal data within the framework of this Regulation, PEPP providers, PEPP distributors and competent authorities shall carry out their tasks for the purpose of this Regulation in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Directive 2002/58/EC. With regard to the processing of personal data by EIOPA within the framework of this Regulation, EIOPA shall comply with Regulation (EU) 2018/1725.

Article 74 Entry into force and application	Article 74 Entry into force and application This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. This Regulation shall apply 12 months after the publication in the Official Journal of the European Union of the delegated acts referred to in Articles 28(5), 30(2), 33(3), 36(2), 37(2), 45(3) and 46(3).
