Article 9 1

1.   For the purpose of reporting pursuant to this Regulation, reporting agents and NCBs shall identify counterparties using:

(a)

an LEI, where such an identifier has been assigned; or

(b)

if no LEI has been assigned, a national identifier, as further detailed in Annex IV.
