Article 38 Entry into force

1. Panoramica

Titolo	Regolamentazione
Article 38 1.	This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Article 38 2.	This Regulation shall apply from 14 September 2019.
Article 38 3.	However, paragraphs 3 and 5 of Article 30 shall apply from 14 March 2019.
