14. pants

Īstenošanas pasākumi

1.  Komisija var pieņemt vajadzīgos pasākumus, lai atjauninātu šīs direktīvas noteikumus nolūkā ņemt vērā inflāciju vai tehnoloģiju un tirgus attīstību. Šos pasākumus, kas ir paredzēti, lai grozītu nebūtiskus šīs direktīvas elementus, pieņem saskaņā ar 15. panta 2. punktā minēto regulatīvo kontroles procedūru.

2.  Komisija pieņem pasākumus, lai nodrošinātu 1. panta 4. un 5. punktā minēto atbrīvojumu vienotu piemērošanu. Šos pasākumus, kas ir paredzēti, lai grozītu nebūtiskus šīs direktīvas elementus, pieņem saskaņā ar 15. panta 2. punktā minēto regulatīvo kontroles procedūru.

Article 14 1.
The Commission may adopt measures which are necessary to update the provisions of this Directive in order to take account of inflation or technological and market developments. Those measures, designed to amend non-essential elements of this Directive, shall be adopted in accordance with the regulatory procedure with scrutiny referred to in Article 15(2).
