‘air traffic control service’ or ‘ATC service’ means a service provided for the purpose of:

(a)

preventing collisions:

(i)

between aircraft;

(ii)

in the manoeuvring area between aircraft and obstructions;

(b)

expediting and maintaining an orderly flow of air traffic;
