Article 45 (4)

For the purpose of notifications referred to in points (a), (b), (c), (d), (h) and (j) of Article 81(3) of Directive 2014/59/EU and in points (a), (b), (f) and (h) of Article 83(2) thereof, competent authorities and resolution authorities shall use the language in common use for cooperation with the consolidating supervisor and the group level resolution authority.
