10.   Dispute settlement bodies shall draw up and make publicly available annual activity reports. Such annual reports shall include, in particular, the following general information:

(a)

an aggregation of the outcomes of disputes;

(b)

the average time taken to resolve disputes;

(c)

the most common reasons for disputes.
