6. Data necessary for the operation of unmanned aircraft in the U-Space airspace shall be made available on a non-discriminatory basis, without prejudice to national security, public order and defence policy interests, by air navigation service providers. CIS providers and U-Space service providers shall use those data only for operational purposes of the services they provide.
Prices for access to such data shall be based on the additional costs of making the data available and the cost for generating the data, where the latter costs are not covered under Article 30 and unless other financial resources are used by Member States to cover such costs.
