EBA shall issue guidelines, in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010, to clarify the treatment of any type of funded credit protection and unfunded credit protection for the purposes of paragraph 1, point (a), of this Article and for the purposes of the application of the LGD parameters.
