Article 30 Competent authorities

Article 30 1

1.   By 2 April 2026, each Member State shall designate a competent authority for the purposes of this Regulation.
Article 30 2

2.   The competent authorities shall be adequately staffed, with regard to capacity and expertise, to be able to carry out their tasks under this Regulation.
