Article 34 2.Except as regards point (b) of Article 32(2), engines for use by the armed forces shall not be subject to this Regulation. For the purposes of this paragraph, fire services, civil defence services, forces responsible for maintaining public order and emergency medical services shall not be considered to be part of the armed forces. 1.
